According to Jeff Bisset, Cleanlist’s president, “our company’s sole purpose is to help our clients acquire and maintain the most current and up-to-date Canadian contact data. Since 1 in 5 Canadians move each year, updating databases for people and businesses who move is critical to any data maintenance solution. We’re delighted to announce that with PCOA, we’ve extended our reach and can now offer an even better mover update solution.

Cleanlist recommends that its PCOA solution be processed as an enhancement to its Canada Post NCOA solution. Cleanlist’s testing has shown that update rates improve by as much as 40% compared to Canada Post NCOA alone. Or, for some organizations who are unable to comply with Canada Post’s NCOA data licensing restrictions, PCOA may be the only solution they need.
