First, the information and lists you exchange with Cleanlist are transmitted point-to-point in an encrypted form with Verisign certification.
This is the same high level of secure data exchange used by most banking sites, only we extend that same security to the actual list transfer – not just your account information. Encrypted data transfers are nearly impossible to intercept, unlike the all-to-common practice of using email or FTP to exchange data. The “lock icon” on your browser’s status bar provides evidence that you’re working on a secure page.
