To help you effectively use the ResponseCanada Consumer database, Cleanlist adds a Mail Valid and Phone Valid flag to each record to indicate whether the data is suitable for mailing and/or telephone contact programs.
Note that the Phone Valid flag does not take National Do Not Call List (DNCL) suppression into account. Clients who are bound by the DNCL regulations must ensure a DNCL suppression is completed before calling these numbers.
